Route Support Associate/ Warehouse
Reports To: Operations Supervisor
Pay: Starting out at $22 per hour (weekly pay)
Shifts: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 9 am to finish.

Our Client in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking reliable and motivated Route Support Associates to assist delivery drivers in completing residential and commercial package deliveries. In this role, you will ride along on assigned routes and support the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering packages safely and efficiently.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring packages are handled accurately and delivered on time. Success in this role requires dependability, physical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ride along with assigned delivery driver to support daily delivery routes
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations alongside the driver
- Safely carry and transport packages between the vehicle and delivery points
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage
- Support accurate and timely delivery of all assigned packages
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding routes, stops, and instructions
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency to complete deliveries efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and delivery protocols
- Organize packages within the vehicle for efficient route execution
- Provide professional and courteous interactions at delivery locations when needed
- Routinely lift and carry packages weighing 70+ lbs
- Perform other duties as assigned
