Router Operator
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Pay Rate: $17.65 per hour

Schedule:Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime offered based on production needs
Position Summary:The Router Operator is responsible for operating routing machinery, inspecting veneer materials, and maintaining production standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow job specifications, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.Responsibilities:- Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
- Inspect veneer to ensure it meets required specifications
- Monitor machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions
- Maintain acceptable production levels
- Report defective materials or issues to the supervisor
- Complete required production documentation
- Follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with machine setup and adjustments as needed
Qualifications:- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
