Router Operator CNC Production | $ based on experience | Weekends

We are seeking a Router Operator / CNC Machine Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing production environment. This role is responsible for operating routing equipment to produce accurate, high-quality components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate routing equipment to produce parts according to work orders and specifications
• Load materials and set up machines for production runs
• Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality output
• Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and proper dimensions
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality
• Read and interpret work instructions, labels, and production schedules
• Maintain steady production flow while meeting quality standards
• Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or inconsistencies
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and minimizing waste

Requirements

• Previous experience in machine operation, CNC routing, or manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in finished parts
• Ability to read instructions, measurements, and production documentation
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong focus on quality and consistency

Schedule & Pay

• Friday - Sunday 
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Pay based on experience
