Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Router Operator to join our production team. The Router Operator is responsible for operating a hand router safely, maintaining production standards, and ensuring product quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Place finished goods on designated pallets
- Meet and maintain acceptable production levels
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
- Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues
- Follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety regulations
- Receive frequent supervision and assistance during machine setup
- Understand basic machine functions required for daily tasks

Preferred Education & Experience- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of factory-related experience
