Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Router Operator to join our production team. The Router Operator is responsible for operating a hand router safely, maintaining production standards, and ensuring product quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Place finished goods on designated pallets
• Meet and maintain acceptable production levels
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues
• Follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations
• Receive frequent supervision and assistance during machine setup
• Understand basic machine functions required for daily tasks

Preferred Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of factory-related experience
