    Job Description

    Routing & Dispatch Coordinator - On-site

    Full-Time | On-Site | Non-Exempt
    Starting Pay: $18–$21 per hour

Keep Technicians, Customers & Schedules Moving
Are you the person who can look at a busy schedule, spot the problem before anyone else does, and figure out how to make it work?
We're looking for a Dispatch & Routing Coordinator to help keep technicians, customers, schedules, and multiple branches moving in the right direction. This is a fast-paced coordination role where organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail really matter.
You'll help build technician routes, manage schedules, coordinate appointments, communicate with customers and employees, and adjust plans when the unexpected happens.
If you've worked in dispatch, scheduling, transportation, logistics, customer service, home services, or another fast-paced environment where you had to coordinate people and priorities, your experience may transfer well to this role.
You don't need pest control experience to get started. We can teach you our systems and the industry.

    What You'll Do
    Coordinate Schedules & Routes
    • Build, maintain, and adjust technician schedules across multiple branches.
    • Create efficient routes that balance technician workloads, travel time, and customer needs.
    • Schedule appointments for technicians, inspectors, sales staff, and customers.
    • Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments when priorities change.
    • Help ensure technician routes are productive, balanced, and aligned with service expectations.
    • Identify scheduling or routing problems and help find better ways to handle them.
    Keep Communication Moving
    • Serve as a key communication link between technicians, branch teams, customer service, and corporate staff.
    • Handle incoming calls from customers, prospective customers, and employees when needed.
    • Provide accurate, timely information and make sure messages reach the right people.
    • Coordinate with outside vendors and other partners as needed.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and keep systems and information up to date.
    • Ensure administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
    Deliver Great Customer Service
    • Provide professional, responsive service in every customer interaction.
    • Help customers get the answers and follow-up they need, regardless of which branch they work with.
    • Identify customer needs and make sure appropriate follow-up occurs.
    • Support inside sales activities when needed, including offering appropriate services and recommending service updates.
    Help Us Work Smarter
We're growing, and that means we're always looking for ways to work more efficiently.
You'll be encouraged to notice when something isn't working well, ask questions, suggest improvements, and help create better processes.
We want someone who doesn't just follow the process—we want someone who thinks about how the process could work better.
    What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
    • Organized and able to keep track of multiple schedules and priorities.
    • Calm under pressure and able to adjust when plans change.
    • A problem solver who looks for solutions rather than getting stuck on the problem.
    • A strong communicator who can work effectively with customers, technicians, managers, and coworkers.
    • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
    • Dependable and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
    • Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
    • Professional and customer-focused, even during difficult or unexpected situations.
    • Willing to learn new systems, processes, and industry knowledge.
    Experience That Can Transfer
You may be a good fit if you have related experience in dispatching, scheduling, routing, customer service, logistics, transportation, or administrative coordination is a plus.

Pest control experience is not required. We provide training on our systems and the pest control industry.
What matters most is your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, solve problems, and keep things moving when plans change.

    What You Bring
    Education & Experience
    • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or
    • 6 months–1 year of related experience; or
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Technology
    • Comfortable using computers, email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
    • Experience with scheduling, dispatching, routing, or CRM software is preferred.
    • Able to learn new systems and software quickly.
    Communication
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people.
    • Comfortable handling phone calls and solving problems in real time.
    What We Offer
We believe taking care of our employees is an important part of taking care of our customers. Our benefits include:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
    • Paid vacation time
    • Paid sick time
    • Paid holidays
    • Company-paid life insurance
    • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
    • Employee assistance program (EAP)
    • Training, development, and advancement opportunities
    • Stable employment with a long-standing, family-owned company
Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms.
A Few Things You Should Know
    • This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.
    • This role involves frequent computer and phone use.
    • You'll work with employees, customers, vendors, and teams across multiple locations.
    • The environment can get busy, especially when schedules change, customers need assistance, or unexpected issues arise.
    • You must be comfortable sitting and standing for extended periods.
    • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
    • A Massachusetts Pest Control Applicator License must be obtained and maintained. We provide training and resources to help you achieve this.
    Why This Role Matters
Routing isn't just about putting appointments on a calendar. It's about putting the right person in the right place at the right time—and making sure the entire operation works together.
Every day, you'll help technicians have productive days, help customers get the service they need, and help our branches operate more efficiently.
If you're organized, resourceful, calm under pressure, and enjoy being the person who figures things out, we want to hear from you.
