The Residential Instructor Rover is a valued member of the Hope Network team, providing direct support, supervision, and person-centered care across residential programs. This role helps individuals build daily living and independent living skills, encourages positive behaviors, and supports residents in reaching their highest level of independence and community involvement while adapting to the needs of multiple residential settings.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring
