Royalty Analyst

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a Royalty Analyst for a growing client in Queens, NY.

Join a leading independent record label and help support their Royalty department, focusing on Artist and Mechanical royalties. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze royalty terms and contracts
• Clear suspense accruals and perform reconciliations
• Prepare timely royalty statements (monthly/quarterly/semi-annual)
• Respond to artist and rep inquiries
• Support ad hoc projects for Royalties, Business Affairs, and Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years’ royalty accounting or financial analysis experience
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with royalty systems and music industry contracts a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
$60K–$65K salary, health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and professional development.
