Experience Required: 10+

Core Responsibilities

• Process analysis to evaluate existing workflows and document pain points
• Requirements gathering with stakeholders for automation projects
• Solution design and creating Process Design Documents ( PDDs )
• Implementation oversight working closely with RPA developers
• Documentation and validation of automation outcomes against business goals
• Change management to facilitate transitions and ensure stakeholder buy-in

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must-have skills: Delivered around 10 PDDs , Well versed with all phases of RPA Business Life Cycle , Excellent communicators , RPA proficiency , Process mapping (as-is and to-be maps) , and Analytical/problem-solving skills
• Business acumen linking automation to broader business goals
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
• Certifications: RPA professional certifications required
