Kforce has a client that is seeking an RPA Engineer in Tampa, FL. Duties Include:
  • Designs, develops, and deploys RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions to automate repetitive business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Identifies and evaluates automation opportunities, partnering with stakeholders to analyze workflows and determine process fit for RPA
  • Collaborates with business, data, and AI teams to build scalable automation frameworks that support future AI-enabled capabilities
  • Builds and configures software bots using leading RPA tools, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and applications
  • Develops, tests, and debugs bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and long-term performance
  • Documents solutions and provides training and support to end users and stakeholders
  • Ensures successful deployment, monitoring, and optimization of RPA solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Integrates automation solutions with structured and unstructured data sources
  • Supports data governance, security, and compliance, partnering with data and architecture teams to maintain data integrity and regulatory standards
  • Contributes to defining and maturing RPA best practices, standards, and governance frameworks
  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship, staying current on automation, AI, and data science trends
  • Supports production operations, including incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, data management, or related areas
  • Experience applying statistics and machine learning to solve business problems
  • Experience building and deploying predictive models, web scraping solutions, and data pipelines
Strong experience with:
  • RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Appian
  • Programming: Python, Java, C++, .NET
  • Databases: SQL, NoSQL
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
  • Workflow design: BPMN, process automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, WebFOCUS) and AI/ML concepts
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior team members
  • Insurance/claims experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
