The RPC Loader performs the unloading, breakdown, and systematic sorting of RPC (Reusable Plastic Crates) contents according to specified criteria to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards. This is a labor-intensive position requiring frequent heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and sorting.
Job Details:
- Full Time
- 2nd shift: Flexible schedule: 12pm start (approx 8 hr shifts)
- Must be flexible with shift end time, shift ends when work is complete.
- Wage: $19.00 - Earn more with weekend incentive!

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be flexible on shift end times as they will vary with the seasons!
- Ability to work in a cool environment (35-50 degrees).
- Must be able to lift 50-60lbs consistently throughout shift.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods throughout shift.
- Warehouse experience preferred, but not required. We will train!
- Pass the pre-employment background check and drug screen (THC does not disqualify you).
Responsibilities:
- Sort and break down incoming product according to designated storage locations or next destinations.
- Inspect inbound product for quality, accuracy, and damage; promptly report any issues to Quality Control.
- Verify that all product and pallet labeling is accurate to ensure proper put‑away in assigned pick slots.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse needs.
This is a labor‑intensive position requiring frequent heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and sorting.
