Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is looking for a Hospitalist to provide excellent care who is passionate about medicine, cares for patients in rural communities, and wants to enjoy a flexible schedule with more autonomy at:
- 25 bed hospital
- 24/7 Anesthesia on site!
- Services: General, Ortho, OB, Cardio, Neuro, Oncology, Peds, Pulmonology, Cardiac Rehab, Urology
- Avg. Daily Census of 6
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Contractor (1099) Status

- 1,400 per day
- Additional Neonate call coverage stipend
- PRIME Eligible for providers that work 10+ days
- Quarterly Prime Bonus

SCHEDULE & ACCOMODATIONS
- Consistent scheduling 7-10 per month
- Dedicated and convenient private and comfortable quarters/call-room
- On-site two bedroom home w/kitchen on site available
QUALIFICATIONS
- Board certified
- Active license or ability to obtain
- Ability to perform full scope of practice
- Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience, IMs preferred (no new grads)
- Proficient with intubations, central lines, and vent management
