Job Summary
  • The client is seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter / Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for corporate roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and internal recruiters while managing full-cycle recruiting activities and candidate pipelines
Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking events, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
  • Submit qualified candidates to internal recruiters and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Maintain candidate activity and recruitment updates within ATS systems (Taleo preferred)
  • Track sourcing efforts, candidate progress, interview status, and recruiting metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote company culture
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state recruiting regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Strong experience with sourcing, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools ( Taleo preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within RPO environments or high-volume recruiting teams
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar
  • Experience recruiting for corporate or utility-related roles
