About The Position
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in White Plains, NY. This role involves providing essential sleep services and contributing to the management of sleep disorders. The position is crucial in ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate tests and collect data for sleep studies
- Prepare equipment, record activities, and analyze results
- Follow proper polysomnographic procedures, including electrode and sensor use, equipment calibration, and airway pressure mask fitting
- Analyze and score clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and compile data for review
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laws
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
- NY PSG and/or CRT/RT license(s) required
- Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist preferred
- Certification in basic cardiac life support (BCLS) and/or CPR
- Vaccination and immunization compliance
Schedule, Work Setting & Employment Type
- Onsite position
- Friday - Sunday nights, 8:00PM-6:00AM
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Compensation
Pay range: $40-50 per hour, depending on experience. Additional pay available for scoring and productivity. Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 based on full-time or part-time status.
