Travel/On-Call: 1 week every 4-6 weeks
Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT or RN licensure, Valid drivers license
Experience: Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience required
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $45$50 per hour, based on experience

What Youll Do
Manage ventilator patients in pediatric and ALS care settings
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and adjust treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and care needs
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot complex respiratory devices
Maintain detailed documentation of interventions and patient progress
Provide on-call consultations to support patient needs outside regular hours
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
Active RRT or RN licensure
Valid drivers license
Experience with pediatric and/or ALS ventilation management
Proficiency with equipment download software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Home respiratory care experience
Knowledge of advanced respiratory equipment and software (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral)
Continual learner mindset
