Description

Empro Staffing is dedicated to connecting healthcare facilities with highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to provide top-quality patient care. We are seeking qualified and compassionate RRTs to join our network and support patients across diverse clinical settings.

As an RRT with Empro Staffing, you will be responsible for delivering respiratory care services, including assessing patients, administering treatments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with medical teams to improve respiratory health outcomes.

Per Diem Openings (on-call or work as needed)

  • 7AM-7PM (Day)
  • 7PM-7AM (Overnight)

Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Conduct respiratory assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen, aerosol medications, and ventilator support.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Provide patient and family education on respiratory care and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatments and patient progress.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and active state license.
  • Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Experience in clinical respiratory therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in different clinical environments.
