• Hours/week: 40

• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; RN, RRT, or CRT credentials; Pediatric or ALS Ventilation experience preferred
• Experience: Home health or hospital respiratory care preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $45 – $50 per hour, depending on experience
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000 gross paid after 60 days, plus another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of ventilator-dependent pediatric and ALS patients within your assigned territory
• Provide patient education and support on ventilator and respiratory equipment
• Set up and troubleshoot highly technical respiratory devices
• Monitor patient status and communicate updates to healthcare providers
• Perform assessments and support ongoing patient care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation for all services provided
• Support on-call duties on a rotating basis (about 1 week every 4–6 weeks)

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Certification as RRT, CRT, RN, or similar healthcare credential
• Pediatric or ALS ventilator experience
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and medical data
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to lift and transport equipment and work in a patient-care environment

Preferred:

• Home health or hospital respiratory care experience
• Proficiency with clinical software (Care Orchestrator, Astral, etc.)
• Willingness to travel across assigned coverage area
