- Pay: $45$50/hr depending on experience + bonus opportunity
- Additional Compensation: $2,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days, another $2,000 after 180 days

What Youll Do
- Manage a caseload of ALS and pediatric ventilation patients within your assigned territory
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Set up, monitor, and maintain complex respiratory equipment
- Provide education to patients and families about ventilation and equipment use
- Offer phone consultations during on-call hours as needed
- Keep thorough documentation of patient care and services
- Support training and orientation of new staff members
What You Need
- Valid license in respiratory care (RRT or CRT), or nursing (RN), depending on qualifications and state laws
- Proven experience with pediatric or ALS ventilation is essential
- Ability to interpret complex instructions and operate technical equipment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
