  • Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour, discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
  • Manage ventilation for pediatric and ALS patients in diverse care settings
  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and reviews
  • Setup, calibrate, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with protocols
  • Offer on-call consultations every 4–6 weeks to support ongoing patient needs
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RRT or RN licensure
  • Reliable driver’s license and transportation
  • Pediatric or ALS ventilation experience
  • Proficiency with respiratory equipment software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Preferred:
  • Experience with advanced respiratory tech (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral software)
  • Previous home respiratory care experience
