What Youll Do
Manage ventilation for pediatric and ALS patients in diverse care settings
Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and reviews
Setup, calibrate, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with protocols
Offer on-call consultations every 46 weeks to support ongoing patient needs
What You Need
Required:
Valid RRT or RN licensure
Reliable drivers license and transportation
Pediatric or ALS ventilation experience
Proficiency with respiratory equipment software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work MondayFriday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Preferred:
Experience with advanced respiratory tech (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral software)
Previous home respiratory care experience
