GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position of the Long Product Hot Rolling Mill RSB Stand Assembly Operator is responsible
for all operating functions as listed below. Proper assembling of the roll units must be understood
in total with the focus of utilizing the equipment to meet all the quality and productivity goals in
a safe manner.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent required.
Basic mechanical experience and background required.
General metal working and fabrication experience preferred.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Mobility in plant
While performing the duties of (this job), the employee is regularly required to sit, stand,
walk, etc.
The employee is frequently required to make use of their hands for technical tasks
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
