Navra Education is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher or Education Specialist for a school-based RSP opportunity in Northern California’s beautiful foothills region. Specific school and location details will be shared during the screening process.
What You’ll Do
Manage an RSP caseload and provide specialized academic instruction
Develop, implement, and monitor compliant IEPs
Deliver targeted individual and small-group instruction
Track student progress and adjust supports based on data
Coordinate assessments, documentation, and IEP meetings
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, administrators, and related-service providers
Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
Promote student independence and success in the least restrictive environment
What You’ll Need
Active California Education Specialist Credential
Mild to Moderate Support Needs authorization or equivalent
Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring
Effective collaboration and classroom-management skills
RSP or school-based special education experience preferred
SEIS experience is a plus
