Our client, a Fortune 5 Company, is looking to hire a Content Producer III in Cupertino, CA.

Pay Rate Range: $60.57-64.57/hour depending on experience

Description:

Job Summary

Client Channel Training & People Programs is responsible for training and enabling salespeople at Client resellers globally, including mobile carriers, consumer electronics stores, and enterprise partners. Your work will be key in informing salespeople around the world about Client products and helping them deliver a great customer experience.

We're looking for a seasoned Content Producer to own both the creation and delivery of content to our global sales partners. You'll join a cross-functional team working on sales enablement and communications, driving the full content lifecycle — from production strategy through to publishing — across multiple delivery mechanisms to influence sales audiences around the world. This is a dual-function role that sits at the intersection of content craft and technical execution, and requires someone who can move fluidly between both.

Required Qualifications

•     10+ years of experience in content production, publishing, or a related field within a technical content environment

•     Proven experience working within CMS platforms, web applications, and homegrown content systems

•     Strong understanding of content production workflows, from brief to publish

•     Fast learner with an intuitive grasp of complex systems and editorial processes

•     Disciplined approach to testing, quality assurance, and content accuracy

•     Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with the ability to execute on deadline

•     Ability to proof content and ensure it adheres to brand, legal, and editorial guidelines

•     Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

•     Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and frequently evolving environment

•     Strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally and across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

•     Experience producing interactive or digital customer facing content (e.g. guided selling tools)

•     Familiarity with localization workflows and regional publishing considerations

•     Background in instructional design, editorial, or sales enablement content

•     Experience contributing to platform or tooling feedback loops with technical teams

What You’ll Do

•     Lead the production of interactive training and sales enablement content from concept through final delivery, working closely with writers, designers, and stakeholders

•     Translate briefs, product information, and strategic direction into structured, audience-appropriate content

•     Manage production timelines, asset tracking, and deliverable reviews across multiple simultaneous projects

•     Ensure all content meets Client's editorial, legal, and brand standards before advancing to publishing

•     Partner with subject matter experts and program leads to validate accuracy and relevance of content

•     Continuously refine production processes to improve quality and reduce cycle time

•     Publish assets on our homegrown training platform, including tagging content, aggregating data from multiple sources, and performing QA on the live site

•     Own end-to-end publishing — ensuring assets are live, correct, and functioning as intended the first time

•     Work with developers to troubleshoot system issues, document solutions, and improve platform reliability

•     Assist backend system development for new tools and platform features via structured user testing and actionable feedback

•     Identify and advocate for opportunities in automation, AI, and publishing efficiency

•     Work cross-functionally to understand, shape, and execute the content and publishing strategy

•     Make informed recommendations on both content structure and publishing approach based on deep knowledge of tools, platforms, and global sales audiences

•     Use systems expertise and problem-solving skills to develop scalable, creative solutions to production and publishing challenges

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to own the full content journey for our guided selling platform — not just shape what gets made, but how it’s made and how it reaches tens of thousands of salespeople globally. You'll work on a team that has a direct impact on how Client products are represented and sold in the market every day.
