This is critical shift-based work within the Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC), focused on supporting field operations and enhancing public safety through technology-driven situational awareness. The role involves operating radios, telephones, and various intelligence platforms to monitor, assess, and disseminate real-time information during active incidents. Personnel receive and analyze emergency and non-emergency information, provide actionable intelligence to responding units, and coordinate with public safety personnel by communicating incident type, location, and other relevant data. Work is fast-paced, dynamic, and requires strong decision-making under pressure. Performance is reviewed through live monitoring, data accuracy, and the effectiveness of support provided during incidents
