RTEF Production Worker

Here's more of what you'll get to do:

• Respectfully communicates with all co-workers.
• Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients.
• Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers.
• Ensure product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies.
• Ensure product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process.
• Ensure products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings.
• Seal-out products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping.
• Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Meet all federal and state regulatory requirements and adhere to our SQF program

What we require:

• High School diploma/GED or relevant work experience
• 6 months prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of production procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices Teamwork and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or Food Handling industry knowledge
• Industrial Technical or Machinery experience
• Basic hand tool and computer user interface knowledge
• Food and Safety knowledge
• Some knowledge of Shop Floor Data Collection Software

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is:
• Ability to perform repetitious work.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand up to 80% of shift.
• Squatting, and pushing/pulling up to 30% of shift.
• Twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting to 80% of shift.
• Ability to work under cold environments (40degrees).
