We are hiring for Rubber Door Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience installing flooring, carpet, vinyl flooring, rubber flooring, laminate, or other finish materials who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products. This position requires you to be on your knees 75% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Assemble commercial door components using rubber materials and specialty adhesives.
- Measure, cut, trim, and fit rubber components to exact specifications.
- Apply adhesives and install rubber materials while ensuring proper alignment and appearance.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Carpet Installation
- Flooring Installation
- Vinyl Flooring
- Rubber Flooring
- Tile Installatio
- Strong measuring and layout skills.
- Ability to use tape measures and hand tools accurately.
- Good attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to be on knees 75% of the day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
