Rubber Extrusion Line Operator

Description:

Candidates must be:

• Self-motivated and driven
• A fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Mechanically skilled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-orientated with experience in accurate data recording.
• Experienced with proper use of gauges and tooling (preferred).

Summary of essential job responsibilities and duties:

• Set up dies and downstream equipment.
• Load materials.
• Read prints and blueprints.
• Read calipers accurately.
• Produce and continuously monitor product per customer and internal specifications.
• Maintain accurate recording of production data.
• Package finished goods.
• Follow all company policies.
• Keep work area clean and neat.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Abilities Required

• Standing 1-10 hrs. per day
• Lifting 1-35 lbs.
