Responsibilities:
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to detailed formulas and production specifications using scales and computerized systems.
- Operate rubber mixing equipment and monitor temperature, batch timing, and recipe accuracy to ensure consistent product quality.
- Run milling equipment, including monitoring, cutting, and completing milling cycles in accordance with established procedures.
- Sheet, stack, and handle rubber compounds both manually and with automated equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, batch data, and inventory transactions in SAP or other systems.
- Transport materials and finished products using carts, racks, rollers, or hand trucks, and prepare rubber for shipping or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all quality and safety standards and performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, mixing, or industrial operations preferred.
- Ability to read and follow formulas, batch sheets, and work instructions with strong attention to detail.
- Experience operating mixing, milling, or material handling equipment is highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining product quality and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
- Physical ability to perform demanding job tasks, including frequent heavy lifting, standing, bending, stooping, and handling rubber materials safely.
