- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Starting pay: $16.00/hour
2nd Shift
- Monday through Thursday
- 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Starting pay: $16.75/hour
Plus: Receive a $1.00/hour raise after successfully completing the 480-hour probationary period.Rubber Molder ResponsibilitiesAs a Rubber Molder, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by ensuring quality parts are produced efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include:
- Selecting the correct materials, tools, and press settings
- Following work instructions and production procedures
- Measuring and weighing materials accurately
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Trimming parts as needed
- Packaging products and maintaining accurate counts
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area
Requirements for the Rubber Molder
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe footwear, gloves, and arm guards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
