Job Summary
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies. The role involves software development, testing, DevOps, database optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
- Implement testing frameworks including RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe.
- Manage DevOps processes using Git, JIRA, BuildKite, and Sidekiq.
- Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and optimization.
- Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Participate in user story creation and estimation.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and support project delivery.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
- Experience with RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe.
- Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and BuildKite.
- Experience working with AWS.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
