Must haves Tech Stack: Ruby, Ruby on Rails framework primarily (primarily backend) Distributed systems Messaging: PubSub, Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ, Microservices Any relational DB is fine-they use Postgres. Running standard queries; they don't use materialized views or write store procedures. Need to make sure code interacts with the database The org is attempting to shift toward Java, it is not needed, but can be helpful in the future Work with onshore business teams to develop software new applications and enhancements. Unit test the solution and document the implemented design, procedures and manuals for the final software solution.
