Russian Operation Language Analyst (OLA) - OHPosition Code 2059-20250807Work Location on siteClearance Top Secret w/ PolyAutomation Technologies Inc. is looking for a Russian Operation Language Analyst (OLA).Responsibilities Translating and/or transcribing complex and sophisticated written and/ or spoken materialGisting complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken materialClearance TS SCI FSPEducation Equivalent of four (4) years' full-time experience performing cryptologic language processing in the required language.In lieu of an Associate's Degree, an additional two (2) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted for a total of six (6) years' experience.For at least two (2) of the four (4) years' experience, translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duties.For no more than one (1) year of the required four (4) years, reporting shall be the primary duty.Two (2) of the four (4) years' experience shall be within four (4) years of resume submission.One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboardCrypto Experience: Target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification.Related Language Experience: Oral translations, non-crypto audio/graphic translations, doc exploitation, formal teaching.ILR Skill Level minimum 2 with at least one 3 in Listening and ReadingMust be documented within 2 years prior to resume submissionAbility to translate highly technical foreign language documents and audio filesAbility to translate gists that result in numerous product reportsAbility to provide quality control of both written and audio level 3 translationsAbility to perform complete translation from Russian into idiomatic EnglishAbility to extract and recover information that is deemed essential and/or criticalAbility to conduct comprehensive target and SIGINT development using agency-specific tools and databasesHas working knowledge of target analysis development skills to facilitate and provide recommended courses of action for multiple HUMINT and SIGINT operationsPhysical Requirements Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and lift up to 25 pounds.Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000Please note: The annualized pay range referenced is a general guideline.
