We are seeking an experienced Intake Director to oversee and manage the entire Intake Department for a home care organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can manage staff, improve workflow, ensure timely processing of applications, and provide excellent client service.
Requirements for Intake Director:
Russian speaking required
3+ years of Intake management/supervisory experience in Home care
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, home care, or pooled income trusts preferred
Ability to manage a fast-paced department and drive results
