Liberty Trail RV is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. About the Role


As an RV Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary link between customers and our service department. You will guide customers through the repair process, accurately document concerns, coordinate with technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities


  • Greet customers, listen to concerns, and accurately document service needs

  • Communicate repair requirements and timelines clearly and professionally

  • Create and manage repair orders with a high degree of accuracy

  • Coordinate work schedules with technicians to ensure efficiency

  • Provide repair estimates and gain customer authorization

  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status

  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction

  • Support warranty processing and documentation as needed

  • Promote dealership services and maintain strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For


  • Previous RV service or RV industry experience is REQUIRED

  • Strong mechanical understanding of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized

  • Proficiency with computers and service management systems

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
