Job Purpose or Objective(s): The RV Park Staff is responsible for all aspects of daily operation including front office/store operations, reservations, property maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness of the RV Park and grounds. You will report to the RV Park Manager.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will be responsible for guest registration and check out of guests and financial transaction accuracy.

  2. Will deal with the public in a calm, efficient, and pleasant manner, both in person and over the phone.

  3. Be responsible for the neat appearance of the Reservation Center inside and out to include bathrooms, showers, laundry room and all other areas. Maintain grounds and pick up debris throughout property. Each site must be cleaned after every camper checks out and before another checks in.

  4. You will be responsible for provide a satisfying and memorable experience for guests as they use our facilities. Personal attention to guest needs and safety must be enforced.

  5. Provide knowledge of the area and events to the public.

  6. Maintain physical operations by conducting inspections of grounds, buildings, and vacant lots and complete routine preventative maintenance.

  7. You will fill propane tanks. Complete safety training necessary to gain 6 or 6A Permit and attend annual safety training required to maintain Permit.

  8. Knowledge of standard computer applications.

  9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

  • Must have good typing skills
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high standard of customer and personal services
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies
  • Understand government public health regulations
  • Understand safety standards related to performance of the job
