We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Consultant who wants to build a real career helping customers start their RV lifestyle — not just close deals.

At our East Mesa dealership, we sell one of the most trusted and best-built RV brands in the industry. We believe in relationship sales: understanding what customers actually want, matching them with the right unit, and creating long-term customers who refer their friends and family.

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the buying process using a proven, consultative approach
• Listen carefully, uncover needs, and match the right RV to the right customer
• Differentiate our product, our company, and yourself from the competition
• Follow up consistently and build long-term relationships
• Represent the dealership professionally on the lot and through digital/social channels (we support you with marketing tools and training)
• Stay coachable, positive, and focused on continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people
• Previous sales experience preferred (any industry — RV experience is a plus, not required)
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections professionally
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Willing to learn our process and grow with the team

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400 monthly base + uncapped commission
• Paid vacation

• Sundays off + one additional day off
