Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing RV Sales Professional to join our Canton (Wills Point) team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive or RV sales and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive, marine, powersports or RV sales experience (required)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Strong closing and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial contact to delivery

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain product knowledge on all current inventory

  • Work collaboratively with F&I and management teams

  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
