National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking experienced, highly skilled RV Service Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a passion for RVs, strong diagnostic and repair skills, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
As an NIRVC Service Technician, you'll work in a state-of-the-art service facility while diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading some of today's most advanced recreational vehicles.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RVs.
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of RV systems, including:
- Electrical systems
- Appliances
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- HVAC and other RV components
- Install, repair, and upgrade RV accessories, components, and equipment.
- Work closely with the Service Department to obtain required work authorizations and factory approvals.
- Complete warranty repairs accurately and in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
- Document materials, parts, equipment, and labor used for each repair.
- Perform thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
- Conduct customer walk-throughs and demonstrate the proper operation of RV systems and features.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional RV/Automotive Service Technician experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RV construction, systems, components, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and service documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong integrity, dependability, responsiveness, and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
- ASE and/or RVIA certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with no suspension within the previous 3 years required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Physical & Working Requirements
This position is primarily performed in a professional RV service shop environment.
The role may require:
- Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Lifting and moving heavy equipment, parts, and objects.
- Working in tight or confined spaces.
- Working at various heights.
- Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, and chemicals.
- Following required safety procedures and using appropriate protective equipment.
