RV Service Technician

We are a growing RV service company looking for a dependable, experienced RV Service Technician to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality work while maintaining a stress-free, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Remove and reapply roof and exterior caulking/sealants
• Perform A/C diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
• Diagnose and repair slide-out systems
• Diagnose and repair leveling systems
• Diagnose and repair RV appliances
• Diagnose and repair electrical/charging issue
• Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs
• Diagnose and repair Aqua-Hot systems (training available)
• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers

Requirements

• Prior RV service technician experience required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems independently
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• RVTI or other industry certifications are a plus
• Experience with Aqua-Hot/Oasis systems is a plus
• Experience with mobile RV service is a plus
