RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services across Northern New Jersey. The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well-established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. This role also offers opportunities to participate in education and clinical research, contributing to the continued growth and advancement of orthopedic services within the region.

Our Northern New Jersey locations provide access to state-of-the-art operating rooms, advanced robotic and joint replacement technology, and comprehensive perioperative support, allowing surgeons to practice at the top of their license—without fighting the EHR like it owes them money.

Candidate Requirements:

  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
  • New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
  • Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred

NJ Pay Transparency:

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
