Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain a high level of guest serviceDeliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring specific attention to allergies and special requestsAssist guests with menu selections by explaining items, specials, and making recommendationsSupport servers with table setup and maintenance, including placing appropriate tableware, utensils, napkins, and décorRemove used dishes and glassware in a timely manner to maintain a clean and organized dining environmentMonitor tables and check in with guests to address any additional needs, requests, or concernsUphold all food safety and sanitation standards at all timesMonitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areasAnticipate guest needs and provide attentive, responsive, and courteous service throughout the dining experienceAccurately communicate food orders to guests, including details related to dietary restrictions and special requestsRelay guest feedback, concerns, and service issues to servers and management promptlyMaintain positive guest relations and contribute to an overall exceptional dining experienceAnswer guest inquiries accurately regarding menu items, amenities, hotel services, and local attractionsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementThe list of responsibilities is illustrative only and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by this position.
