Role Overview:

• Evaluate work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Develop strategies for process improvement using industrial engineering techniques.
• Support qualification and validation of new products, equipment, and processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Manage teams, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise staffing, training, and performance assessments.
• Conduct research on manufacturing methods and materials.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools, and Lean principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically able to perform required tasks.
