Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes.

About the Role
As Jacques Marie Mage expands Réserve, its members-only program offering archival eyewear and collectible objects through curated releases and auctions, we are seeking an organized and proactive coordinator to support the program’s daily operations and development.
Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Head of Réserve, the coordinator will work closely with teams across the company to support member relations, product launches, inventory coordination, communications, and events. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing luxury program that combines commerce, collecting, and personalized service.

Responsibilities:
Membership Support: Assist with membership application reviews, onboarding, and database updates, keeping member information accurate and organized.
Client Experience: Support member inquiries and personalized requests, including product
availability, account access, and order follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams and galleries.
Launch Preparation & Sourcing: Help prepare curated releases and auctions, including product information, imagery, pricing uploads, and website checks ahead of launch. Assist in sourcing vintage objects for the program.
Inventory & Fulfillment: Maintain product and inventory trackers and coordinate with warehouse and gallery teams on transfers and packaging.
Member Communications: Assist with preparing and scheduling newsletters in collaboration with brand, design, and e-commerce teams.
Events & Gifting: Assist with member events, gifting, and gallery initiatives.
Reporting & Organization: Help prepare sales reports, maintain project trackers and calendars, and contribute to improvements in daily workflows.

Key Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in luxury, client service, retail, e-commerce, or operations is required 
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to deliver a high standard of luxury client service, with discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets. Familiarity with Shopify,
Klaviyo, or NetSuite is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively with creative teams, and follow
through on tasks.
Interest in luxury goods, eyewear, design, art, or collectible objects.
Previous experience in client service, retail, e-commerce, or operations is a plus.
