Key responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure workflows. Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning. Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.


Role Descriptions: Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes. Analyze HR operations to identify automation opportunities. Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and other technologies. Configure workflows within various HCM modules. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance.
Essential Skills: Experience with AI-driven HR solutions is advantageous. Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant and conversational AI is beneficial. Knowledge of integrating Oracle HCM with other applications like Workday and Salesforce is a plus. Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred. Understanding of HR business processes will enhance the candidates effectiveness.Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is essential. Proficiency in automation tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate is required. Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and SOAP services is crucial.
