Job Description

SAFe Agile Coach

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or equivalent Agile coaching credential.

Certification in Kanban, Lean, or related flow-based practices, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

7+ years of experience in software product delivery, application development, engineering leadership, solution architecture, or related technology roles.

Demonstrated hands-on experience participating in software development lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.

Demonstrated experience coaching leaders, teams, and organizations in Lean and Agile approaches.

Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, automation, quality engineering, and product-centric delivery models.

Strong understanding of how generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, and intelligent automation are influencing software delivery practices and team operating models.

Experience working with senior business and technology leaders in complex organizational environments.

Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence organizational change without direct authority.

Experience using quantitative and qualitative assessment techniques to drive continuous improvement.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Organizational Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).

Experience leading or supporting enterprise Agile transformations.

Experience implementing scaled Agile delivery approaches across multiple products and teams.

Experience defining or evolving AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) practices.

Experience developing governance, controls, and risk management practices for AI-assisted software development.

Experience coaching engineering organizations through adoption of AI coding assistants, automated testing tools, AI-enabled requirements management, or related capabilities.

Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

Salary Range- $100,000-$110,000 a year
