    AtWork Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented  Safety Administrative Coordinator to join a growing transportation compliance team. This position is responsible for supporting multiple carrier clients by managing safety compliance programs, monitoring regulatory requirements, preparing for audits, and ensuring accurate fuel tax reporting.

    This is an opportunity for a compliance professional to take ownership of safety and regulatory programs while serving as a trusted advisor to transportation clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple compliance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Maintain driver qualification and compliance files
    • Assist with drug and alcohol testing program administration
    • Help prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews
    • Track safety records and regulatory requirements
    • Collect and organize mileage and fuel records for quarterly reporting
    • Prepare and submit fuel tax reports (IFTA)
    • Communicate with clients regarding deadlines and required documentation
    • Maintain accurate records and databases
    • Provide administrative support to the compliance team

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
    • Transportation, compliance, or safety experience is a plus, but not required
