- Competitive Salary: $50,000.00 / year
- Work Site Location: St. Louis, MO
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze workplace safety data, including incidents, near misses, audits, and inspections, to identify trends and root causes
- Prepare safety metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership and regulatory purposes
- Support incident investigations and assist with corrective and preventive action plans
- Monitor compliance with OSHA and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses
- Support safety training initiatives and track training completion
- Participate in safety audits, site inspections, and safety committee meetings
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety performance
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in a safety, EHS, or risk analysis role (depending on level)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
