    Description

    Position Overview:MacMore is looking to fill a position as a Safety and Environmental Specialist for a pending contract award with the United States Secret Service Safety, Health & Environmental Programs Division.Location:Washington, DC or Laurel, MDKey Responsibilities: 
    •  Provide comprehensive administrative and program support, including documentation development, task tracking, meeting coordination, and communications support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
    • Provide IH support by assisting with associated testing, documentation development, training and awareness.
    • Provide safety support by assisting with associated inspections, documentation development, reporting, metrics analysis, training and awareness.
    • Safety Inspections (Life Safety, Emergency Equipment, Confined Space, Field Office)
    •  Provide environmental support by assisting with inspections, analysis, reporting, training and awareness.
    • Environmental Planning (managing environmental requirements for construction projects.
    • Environmental Compliance (managing compliance for all significant environmental aspects.
    • Environmental Support to include reporting, requirements reviews, training and awareness programs, documentation, employee concerns, etc.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree, with 8 years of experience working in the medical administrative field.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite, including but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. General document processing and management.
    • Ability to research, collect, develop and consolidate data for use in the preparation of reports
    • Knowledge of standard processing procedures, formats, and distribution for correspondence, presentations and reports produced.
