Experience working within an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, internal auditing, and continuous improvement.
Experience maintaining ISO documentation and supporting certification activities.
Manufacturing quality experience required.
Experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
Safety or OSHA experience is a plus but not required. The company is willing to train the right individual.
Own and maintain the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Lead ISO registration, certification, surveillance audits, and recertification activities.
Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and manufacturing processes.
Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, root cause investigations, and process improvements.
Partner with production and leadership to improve quality performance and reduce defects.
Monitor quality metrics and recommend improvements to systems and procedures.
Support customer quality requirements and assist with external audits as needed.
Assist with plant safety programs, documentation, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate safety training, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence.
