Job Skills / Requirements
Starting salary: $45,136.00 -$46,982.00 annually. Will work with GRITS staff to achieve and maintain required standards in leadership and administration, transit operations, maintenance and technology, personnel management, training and development, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness. Will assist Director and Assistant Director with program administration, reporting, and managerial tasks. Must possess and maintain the necessary skill level in technology systems and software required to perform job duties. A valid driver's license/safe driving record is required.
An associate degree in public administration, business, or a related field -or- a high school diploma or GED with two years of related experience is required. Must obtain and maintain all required certifications within one year of employment.
