Safety Associate Part-Time

Job Title: Safety Ambassador

Pay Range: $17.00 to $17.00 per hour (Weekly Pay & Pay Advance Before Pay Day!)

Shift/Schedule:

• Wed. from 2:00pm to 9:00pm
• Thu., Fri. & Sat. from 2:00pm to 11:00pm

Valid Driver's License REQUIRED

MUST have the ability to obtain Ohio Private Investigator Security Guard Licensure

What You'll Be Doing:

• Patrol the assigned zone on foot and/or bike as a deterrent and be on the lookout for unwanted behavior and activity.
• Provide information, assistance, and directions to pedestrians and visitors. Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Be watchful for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to local authorities via established communication methods. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other identifiers.
• Firmly and courteously request compliance from persons violating low-level quality-of-life crimes, such as panhandling, loitering, disruptive behavior, etc.
• Actively acknowledge and engage pedestrians with a friendly greeting/smile in order to provide directions and city information.
• Responsible for making a specified number of visits to zone businesses to share information and gather contact information.
• Must be able to complete basic daily reports of tasks completed, which requires being proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
