We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support our growing team throughout Florida. Working directly with the Safety Manager, this role is responsible for promoting a culture of safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting training, and supporting field operations across our Construction, Service, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Corporate divisions.

Essential ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Safety Manager, you will:
Assist in implementing and maintaining company-wide safety programs across Corporate, Construction, Field Service, Manufacturing, and Warehouse operations.
Promote compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable construction, general industry, and manufacturing safety standards.
Conduct engaging safety orientations and ongoing training for new hires and existing employees.
Maintain accurate occupational health and safety records, including OSHA logs, audits, contractor prequalifications, Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), incident reports, and customized documentation required by general contractors.
Manage safety databases and assist in developing and updating site-specific safety plans.
Coordinate and support the company's Safety Recognition Program.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports with corrective action recommendations.
Conduct weekly jobsite safety inspections in partnership with Service and Construction Managers to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Compile, organize, and maintain jobsite inspection reports and safety documentation.
Travel extensively throughout Florida, including overnight travel as needed, to support multiple project locations.
Assist with other safety initiatives and projects as assigned.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role within construction, industrial, manufacturing, or a related field.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida, including overnight stays.
OSHA 510 Certification.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Experience conducting employee safety training and orientations.
Strong understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning company-specific software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and field personnel.
