Safety Coordinator

• Minimum 3 years of Safety Coordinator experience in an industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience maintaining OSHA logs and handling workers' compensation reporting.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% to various job sites.
• OSHA Certification required; additional safety certifications are preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 or higher certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations.
• Experience in continuous improvement of safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA logs and ensure accurate safety documentation.
• Manage workers' compensation incidents, reporting, and follow-up.
• Conduct OSHA safety training for employees and supervisors.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs.
• Administer and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hot Work, Fall Protection, Hazard
• Communication, Emergency Response, and PPE programs.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Coach and mentor employees on safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Travel to multiple job sites as needed.
